With ‘Well Being and Mindfulness’ becoming more of a priority within our schools and learning environments, Learning Space have carefully and thoughtfully designed and produced a pack which encourages and develops positive minds for our children. With the ‘Thinking Mirror’, ‘Kind to me Tree’ and ‘All about you keyboard’, children can engage their thoughts and feelings by learning to talk through answers to pre-set questions or prompts. This can be used as a lead for conversation or discussions, both in groups or in 1 to 1.
Teaching and encouraging our children to develop mindsets where they can be kind, positive and thoughtful, to both themselves and others. This pack also includes other sensory items such as figure of 8 breathing techniques and ‘How I am Feeling thermometer’.
