We warrant your TiiPii for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in
material and workmanship. Our liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at our
discretion) any part or your TiiPii Bed covered by this warranty free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse
TiiPii’s which have not been maintained, or which have been modified
Any indirect or consequential loss
Delivery (Mainland UK and Northern Ireland)
£4 under £20, £6 up to £150, Free over £150.
Furniture, large play equipment, heavy items etc or items marked with ** may incur an additional delivery charge to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Offshore Islands and some parts of Scotland.
** items will incur a charge of £30 to mainland UK and £60 to all other locations.
If this is the case the customer will be contacted prior to processing the order. We will endeavour to get the cheapest quote. If the quote is not suitable full refund will be given.
Delivery (Outside Mainland UK)
Ordering from outside the UK mainland and Ireland postage is subject to quotation. Please place the order and we will contact you with the delivery cost if it is greater than that at delivery. We will endeavour to get the cheapest quote. If the quote is not suitable full refund will be given.
